A new distributor in the cycle trade – Decade Europe – has opened for business, stocking a line-up including Royal Racing, EVS Protection, Urge Helmets and Brake Authority.
Decade Europe is headed up by Matt Yeo, formerly sales director at MMA Sports.
Yeo said: “Royal is a great brand with an enviable reputation in the race sector which has historically been the centre of Royal’s focus. Whilst continuing to invest in the Race market Royal focus has changed significantly in the last 12 months and we will be introducing a comprehensive glove and trail riding apparel range for next season.
"This is the key market sector and we intend to be a strong participant in it.”
Yeo added that Decade Europe is keen to add new brands to its portfolio. He said: “We are stoked with our launch offering but we are not stopping here. Further developments are in the pipeline and with negotiations for more brands taking place expect more announcements soon.”
