Battery Safety and User-Friendly Operation
K-Feather is equipped with an in-tube 24V 5Ah Samsung battery, managed by Battery Management System (BMS) featuring more than ten safety protection mechanisms. During charging, the main circuit is automatically disconnected, enhancing overall safety.
The frame houses a high-density in-tube battery, and it is paired with a torque sensor to deliver a smooth and intuitive electric-assist experience. This setup enables an electric-assisted range of up to 50 kilometres, making K-Feather well-suited for daily urban commuting.Â

Integrated Battery
Operation is simplified through a multi-function combination switch, allowing a short press for power-on and a long press for power-off—intuitive, efficient, and aligned with everyday urban use.
Compact Powertrain, Intelligent Control
The system is powered by a 24V 250W internal-rotor high-speed motor, engineered for compact dimensions, lightweight design, high conversion efficiency, and excellent climbing capability. By harnessing the motor’s torque output, the drivetrain eliminates the need for a traditional derailleur, simplifying the system while minimising weight and maintenance requirements.

Ultra Lightweight Hub Motor
The Transmission combines a lightweight 53T chainring with a single-speed rear freewheel. Paired with a highly sensitive torque sensor, the system delivers power within just 0.01 seconds, with a maximum output torque of 32 Nm. Front and rear V-brakes meet electric-assist braking requirements while maintaining a compact design. It delivers quick starts, strong pedalling support, and smooth acceleration.

Torque Sensor
The concealed controller employs FOC (Field-Oriented Control) drive algorithm. It supports startup self-check, automatic sleep mode, and delivers a ride that is smooth, powerful, low-noise, and highly efficient—without the need for a conventional display, reinforcing the bike’s minimalist design philosophy.
Frame Quality and Folding Details
The frame is constructed from lightweight aluminium alloy, using argon arc welding to ensure durability while maintaining a refined appearance. The elliptical main beam tube provides excellent rigidity and stability, while internal cable routing within the folding mechanism is protected by stainless steel spring sleeves, preventing damage during repeated folding and unfolding.

Folded State
Custom DAHON wheelsets ensure smooth rolling and stability, even under high tyre pressure and during sudden braking. When folded, K-Feather measures just 63 × 40 × 73 cm, with a maximum load capacity of 105 kg—perfectly suited for modern urban life.
