Cycling.tv signs exclusive broadcast deals with two tours

Cycling.tv reached agreement for the exclusive global Internet Television Rights to the Tour de Romandie and the Tour de Suisse for the next three years.

Cycling.tv will provide full live daily coverage of every stage in almost every territory in the world and then on-demand highlights of each stage.

The Tour de Romandie takes place between 25th – 30th April 2006 and the Tour de Suisse takes place 10th – 18th June 2006.

Cycling.tv MD Simon Brydon said: “We have an extensive live racing calendar agreed for 2006 with at least 50 days of live cycling and I am delighted to add these two fabulous races to our schedules for the next three years.”

Cycling.tv is a largely free to air service supported by advertisers and sponsors from the cycle industry.
