Cycling Media Awards 2015: Tonight, we celebrate!

The great and the good of the UK cycling media is heading to London this evening to celebrate the top writers, bloggers and broadcasters in the business.

The event brings together the nation’s top cycling journalists, photographers, bloggers, vloggers and broadcasters all in one room.

Doors open at 7.30pm, with a drinks reception and nibbles hosted by Cycleguard, followed by the all-important awards at 9pm. An after party for all finalists and winners will follow, allowing everyone to party hard until the event closes at midnight.

The hosts for the evening will be Rebecca Charlton and Anthony McCrossan Charlton is a TV presenter, author and journalist, having worked most recently at Cycling Active magazine. She’s also presented for Channel 4, BT Sport, ITV4, Eurosport and Sky Sports, and is an ambassador for Women’s Cycling. McCrossan is a cycling speaker and commentator, having worked on Giro d’Italia, London 2012 Olympic Games, Dubai Tour, Milano San Remo, Abu Dhabi Tour, II Lombardia, The World Championships on road and track to name but a few.

The Cycling Media Awards are sponsored by Cycleguard (Drinks Reception), plus awards sponsors Cycle Alert (Cycling Advocate) and British Cycling (Cycling Media Legend).
