Cyclefit is set to host a Compex demo evening this Thursday at its Covent Garden headquarters, to which those in the trade are invited.
The Compex e-stimulation devices are scientifically proven to assist recovery and training gains and without any need to move from your chair or bed. Despite being widely accepted on mainland Europe, the devices are only just making their way to the UK via Cyclefit.
Already used by athletes in cycling, including Omega/Pharma/QuickStep Pro Cycling squad, the devices precisely reproduce the processes that occur when our brain orders muscles to contract. The brain cannot tell the differnece between the induced contraction and voluntary.
Booking is necessary and should you wish to trial a unit on the night you’ll need to bring a pair of shorts.
