Giant’s Lafree Twist electricbike
Giant will be offering exciting dealer packages to those interested in tapping into the electric bike market. Giant’s LafreeTwist, at 20kg [45lbs], is super-light. The three-strong range will be offered for trial to interested IBDs on the test track. The Lafree Twist’s battery-powered motor delivers an electric energy boost when the rider activates the controls. Power top-ups come via a conventional electric socket: a full charge provides 30 miles of power-assisted riding at speeds of 15 miles an hour. Batteries are a lightweight 1.7kg [3.8lbs].
