Cube enlists Citrus-Lime for EPOS solutions

Cube has revealed that it is now partnered with EPOS and e-commerce solutions provider Citrus-Lime’s Supplier Integration Module.

The bike brand has stated that the move spells positive change for its dealer network, including the ability to rapidly import the Cube products they require without having to browse Excel or .csv files. The updates also include access to accurate product information in real-time, which automatically appears in all the correct places in the Citrus-Lime Cloud POS and updates at the click of a button for cost prices specific to them, MSRPs, supplier barcodes and obsolete products.

A representative from Citrus-Lime commented: “We’re confident that the cost of SIM plus the dealer’s inherently reduced labour cost, is less than their labour cost alone without SIM. They can direct newfound free time to more profitable endeavours, like engaging with their customers on the shop floor and via social media.

“The other aspect that will put pound signs in dealer’s eyes is how Cube’s stock levels can be shown as an extension of their own stock levels on their website. When they don’t have a particular Cube product in stock but Cube does, they can show Cube’s stock availability instead, with wording like ‘In stock – dispatched in two to three days’ to effectively manage customer expectations. Not only does this mean that dealers don’t miss sales when a product is temporarily out of stock, it also means they can take orders for those colours and sizes that they wouldn’t normally stock, with confidence that they can fulfil those orders.”
