Sugoi has named the Dorset-based distribution firm as exclusive UK distributor. CSG will carry a range of mens’ and womens’ Cycle, Run and Triathlon products from Sugoi. First deliveries are expected to land in November. A new sales team will soon be recruited. CSG UK will appoint new dealers in the run and tri markets.
“Following on from last week’s announcement that we’ve taken on distribution of the market0leading Muc-Off brand, this marks yet another step forward in our commitment to offer an increasingly diverse range of strong brands available to our dealer network,” said Russell Merry, joint MD of CSG UK.
Jan Tropberger, director of Sugoi’s sales and marketing in Europe, said:
“We are very pleased that we’ve been able to bring CSG on board as our exclusive UK distributor. The Sugoi brand will benefit from fantastic representation in the UK market through CSG’s extensive dealer network with every one of those dealers now having our leading performance apparel brand at their disposal.”
Sugoi has been owned by Cannondale since 2005. Cannondale is part of the Dorel-owned Cycling Sports Group.
