Josh Whiting takes over post formerly held by Jon Watson, now promoted to national sales manager

CSG appoints Whiting to northern territory role

Josh joins CSG from the outdoor industry where he has spent the last six years as a sales professional, servicing specialist outdoor retailers with brands including Maglite and Victorinox. Josh has also worked for Glaxo Smith Kline selling a well-known energy brand to specialist independent businesses.

A keen cyclist, Josh has previously worked in the bicycle business where he held the post of sales manager at All Terrain Cycles.

Josh starts with immediate effective covering the North and Scotland, concentrating on the GT, Mongoose and the Charge bike brands and CSG’s ever-growing parts and accessories portfolio.

Jon Watson said of Josh’s appointment: “It’s been a tough few months for me juggling the new National Sales role with still managing the Northern dealers. We had a lot of applicants which being a Southern-based company and a Northern based role, was a lot of juggling and driving, but we are thrilled to have someone with Josh’s pedigree and enthusiasm on board”.
