An express shipment of Met helmets sent by artic from Italy to Fisher Outdoor Leisure in the UK took a mite longer to arrive than expected. The week before last Gordon Fisher was told the lorry was impounded, potentially because it was packed with drugs as well as bonce protectors. Then late last week, Customs and Excise confirmed it had been a drug bust, with finger of blame being pointed at the freelance driver

"We have just been told by customs that the drugs seized from the lorry carrying MET helmets was in excess of 70kg," said Gordon Fisher.

"Our White Line helmets seem to be selling faster than usual!"
