Claud Butler and Dawes share new Tandem B2B site

Following recent changes within Tandem Group Cycles, the distributor has chosen to streamline the brands into a singular B2B website.

All of the Tandem Group brands can now be found in one place including Dawes, Claud Butler and recent additions British Eagle, Squish and Pulse Accessories.

Representatives from Tandem have commented that the move not only aides in the in-house maintenance of the website, but also makes ordering and browsing simpler and more effective for customers.

For dealers stocking both Dawes and Claud Butler products, the new site allows B2B orders to be combined to help meet carriage paid delivery, which is currently three bikes or £50 worth of accessories.

The website is an updated version of the Dawes B2B and as such, all dealers with existing login details can continue to use the site as normal. Customers who have been using Claud Butler B2B will require a new registration to enter the site, which can be done here.

The new site offers 100 per cent live stock availability, simpler navigation and the ability to save order forms, which makes repeat orders far simpler than in previous years.

The company recently announced details about their annual trade show, which takes place on January 11th – 12th. Invitations have been posted out to dealers and details can also be viewed here. Held over two days in the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, all dealers are invited to come and take a look around the new ranges, and meet the team.

Tandem marketing manager Gary Conway commented: “Following a tough year for a lot of people in the cycling industry, we’re excited to push forward in 2017. With two additional ranges to help us do that; a new premium kids range called ‘Squish’ and a competitively priced range of ‘British Eagle’ bikes, we feel we have the right foundation for the future.”
