Mavic has announced Chicken CycleKit (CCK) as its exclusive UK distribution partner for all of the French brand’s range of products.
New and existing Mavic stockists will see the additional benefits from this partnership with UK stock holding, next-day deliveries, increased area sales coverage, reduced carriage costs and an onsite Mavic Service Centre. Mavic will continue to support the UK OEM Business and strategic E-tailer business directly from its HQ in France.
In sharing the news, CCK is keen to emphasise its commitment to offering the best service possible for its retailers. With this in mind:
- Mike Catlin, commercial director, and Gary Turner, sales director, recently spent time at Mavic HQ to understand the brand and direction for the future.
- Sales manager Jason Smith and area sales managers Simon Howes, Alex Sheppard, and Paul Wain, have visited all the production and testing facilities, and undergone training.
- Tech manager Gary Anderson will be up to speed after five days of service centre training.

CCK at COREbike
CCK will launch the Mavic partnership at the upcoming COREbike Show on February 18-20, with distribution effective from the start of March 2024.
2024 looks to be the busiest COREbike to date for the distributor, who will have a focus on workshop solutions including KMC Chain Reels, Clarks Cable Boxes, Zefal Frame Protection and Deda Elementi’s Headset Spares Box.
The show will also see CCK showcasing new products from Campagnolo, Basso, Miche, Deda Elementi and many more.
