Chain Reaction tops Which? poll

Online retailer Chain Reaction Cycles has come top of a new poll from consumer champion Which?

The family-owned mail-order business has been rated 93 per cent in a Which? customer satisfaction survey – ahead of well established retailers like Amazon, John Lewis and Marks & Spencer.

The Which? survey rated companies on price, product nd delivery and derived an overall satisfaction score based on those factors. CRC was praised for "honesty about availability and quick delivery" aas well as "specialist gear sourced by helpful staff".

"We’re extremely happy to discover we’ve come out on top of the survey in our category, and even happier to finish second overall ahead of the great ecommerce companies we look up to," said CRC sales director Michael Cowan.

"The CRC team are all buzzing, knowing that our customers rate our service so highly."

Chain Reaction Cycles was established 25 years ago, with only £1,500, in Ballynure, County Antrim. It has grown to employ 450 people, shipping over 5,000 parcels a day from its 100,000 sq ft purpose-built facility. CRC is still based in Northern Ireland.
