Castelli has applied the Rosso Corsa treatment to its gravel range for the very first time with the launch of the Unlimited Speedsuit and Unlimited Pro 2 Jersey.
The Rosso Corsa label is only applied to Castelli’s highest-level products, with each representing “the pinnacle of the technology and innovation for athletes who demand the ultimate in aerodynamics, comfort, and performance”.
Applying this know-how to the Unlimited Speedsuit and Pro 2 Jersey means “taking everything Castelli has learned from years at the cutting edge of road racing and applying it to gravel”.
The Unlimited Pro 2 Jersey, which also forms the upper part of the Unlimited Speedsuit, “provides a close-to-body, aerodynamic fit, with a CFD-optimised shoulder fabric and seam construction designed specifically to reduce drag at high speeds”.
Fabric technology in focus
The Air_O Stretch body fabric strikes an optimal balance of breathability, comfort and performance, whilst providing UPF 30 protection and blocking 97% of all UV rays. A rear pouch has also been integrated to keep 1.5L hydration bladders and hose loops stored safely and securely, complemented by three open pockets and a zippered security option.
The Unlimited Speedsuit pairs the Unlimited Pro 2 Jersey with Free Aero Race S Bibshorts – Castelli’s fastest and most comfortable Bibshorts to date. The Shorts are constructed from an aerodynamic Forza2 Stretch fabric, delivering a 3% decrease in CdA, and feature a Progetto X2 Air Seamless seat pad, providing comfort on even the longest of rides.
The Shorts have been optimised for gravel by adding nutrition pockets to the front, central quad position of the leg, allowing quick and simple access to gels and bars whilst eliminating the aerodynamic drag that side pockets generate.

Race-proven performance
The Unlimited Speedsuit’s performance characteristics have already been race-proven with Castelli Spirit of Gravel Cabal rider Rob Britton wearing a prototype to victory at the 2025 Unbound XL.
Britton said: “I received the Unlimited Speedsuit the day before Unbound, and as well as fitting really well, the leg pockets worked a charm – nothing moved around – and the hydration pocket was dialled. I was also able to replace the bladder quickly during the race.
