Canyon has partnered with Moloko and Veloroo to open two new customer experience locations in the UK.
The brand says this step offers customers a physical space to browse Canyon bikes and clothing in real life, access a servicing network and attend demo events across the year.
Best known as a direct-to-consumer brand, Canyon said the expansion is a way of improving its range of in-person customer touchpoints.
The launch and opening of Moloko in south London and Veloroo in Sheffield offer “new ways for Canyon riders and cycling fans living in the UK to experience the brand.” Each Experience Partner offers five core services: bike service, bike/gear exposition (Sales & Consulting), bike tests, new bike day and community activations.
This also offers customers the opportunity to select a Collect & Ride service when ordering their new bike. They can opt to have it delivered to the Experience Partner where it will get built and set up during a dedicated handover session.

Canyon has said that this is just the beginning, “By the end of 2025 there will be 15 Canyon experience partners in total, which will cover Germany, Belgium, Finland, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Czechia and the USA, in addition to the UK.”
The launch of the Experience Partner programme aims to support product testing and expert consultations in the buying process. According to Canyon’s research, this is a hugely important factor for those who prefer not to buy bikes online. Of those surveyed, 65% said that they would like to test their next bike prior to purchase, up to 60% of prospects said they would love to get expert advice prior to purchase, and 53% said that they would prefer the after-service of a bike dealer.
Through our new experience locations we’re bringing our direct-to-consumer model closer to riders and new customers. As well as bike services and a curated selection of our products, our Experience Partners will offer Canyon customers bike tests and bike collection options as well as running events to build and inspire their local cycling communities – Aaron Budd, Head of Sales and Marketing for Canyon UK/IE.
Customers visiting the Experience Partner stores will have the opportunity to view a selection of display bikes, from road to gravel to E-MTBs, plus a fleet of demo bikes to try. Team members will also be on hand to offer advice on the bikes and guide customers to find the perfect size bike.

Moloko is based in Barnes, South London. Founded by Alex Gaudé and Paul Barthorpe in 2018 following a trip to Mallorca.

Based in Sheffield, Veloroo is in a prime location in the North of England, and a stone’s throw from the Pennine Way.
Veloroo has previously supported Canyon Germany’s service operations and is now expanding to the UK to elevate the partnership.
