Outdoor gear and hydration brand CamelBak has competed the transition to a dealer-direct model in the UK. The transition, completed in January 2026, strengthens Revelyst’s multichannel strategy and reinforces its long-term commitment a more connected, customer-centric approach across the UK market.
Revelyst – the company founded in October 2023 following the separation of the Kinetic Group from Vista Outdoor – has adopted a multichannel strategy for CamelBak in the UK, building on the successful transition of its other brands to a direct operational model, including Fox Racing, Giro Sport Design and Bell Helmets. By engaging directly with retailers and consumers, CamelBak aims to strengthen brand presence, improve service levels and deliver a more consistent experience across all channels.
Since January 2026, Revelyst is directly overseeing the sale, distribution and brand development of CamelBak in the UK. Local operations are supported by Revelyst’s established infrastructure, including a 5,000 sqm logistics centre managed by a leading third-party logistics provider, already serving the UK market with Fox Racing, Giro Sport Design and Bell Helmets. This set-up enables faster delivery, improved availability and scalable support for future growth.
The model has also been implemented in France, supported by a European distribution hub, strengthening Revelyst’s overall European operational platform. This approach is designed to support long-term growth by fostering closer collaboration with retail partners, enhancing market responsiveness and creating deeper connections with UK consumers.
By adopting a direct distribution model, CamelBak brings to the UK market:
- Direct access to the full recreational product portfolio – A comprehensive range available through carefully selected retail partners and dedicated digital channels.
- Priority on new releases – UK customers among the first to access innovation and limited editions.
- Dedicated support infrastructure – Direct communication channels for product information, technical guidance and brand engagement.
- UK-based warehousing and fulfilment – Stock managed through Revelyst’s UK service centre, ensuring rapid replenishment and reliable service standards for trade partners.
“Moving to a customer-centric model is a significant step in bringing CamelBak’s world-class design and innovation closer to the UK market,” said Jeff McGuane, Revelyst’s Adventure Sports President. “We value the relationships we’ve built with our partners over the years, and this change reflects our commitment to delivering a more tailored, engaging experience for both retailers and consumers.”
CamelBak is also debuting an updated visual identity, reflecting the brand’s forward-looking approach while remaining true to its performance-driven heritage. The refreshed look accompanies a broader focus on customer experience, service and innovation, signaling a new chapter for the brand in the UK.
