Butterworth Spengler re-launch IBD shop insurance

Comprehensive shop and contents insurance for all IBDs has been re-launched by Butterworth Spengler Insurance Group.

‘Cycle Shop Insurance’ covers buildings, fixtures and fittings, contents, stock, and money. Bikes on display, for hire and road testing are also included.

The policy provides £10m employer’s liability, £2m public and products liability, plus up to £50 000 legal expenses.

ACT members save 15 percent on premiums. Extra discount is offered to IBDs with CyTech Level II or above accreditation.

Butterworth Spengler provides public liability and cycle insurance for CTC and London Cycling Campaign members, plus organisers’ liability cover for Bike Week and Bike2Work events.
