Brighton-based Broken Riders has been appointed sole UK sales agent for Rex chain lube.
Manufactured in Finland by ski wax company Rex, the all-weather, ultra-low friction, dirt-repelling chain lube has been rigorously tested both on and off road over a period of two years in both winter and summer conditions.
Rex chain lube is wax-based and solvent-free, meaning that there is zero evaporation of lube and every drop applied to the chain is providing lubrication to the drive train.
The elastic formula enables the lube to stick to the chain links, and in dyno-tests carried out by two accredited laboratories Rex gained positive results; it was the fastest solvent-free and non-vaporising chain lube, and out-performed other mineral oil and solvent-based lubricants by a significant margin.
Longevity of lubrication is high; each application potentially lasts 500km in dry conditions, with each 30g bottle containing around 30 lubrications.
