The West London distributor is having an open house week, 12th to 16th January, and invites any IBDs wishing to take Vitus or Nickel bikes for test rides to wear cycle clobber. Also on show will be Sidi shoes, Limar helmets, Castelli clothing, and Veltec wheels.

According to Blue Ridge, the Vitus bikes and frames on show will be:

The ‘Rocco’: Top of the range FSR using a mix of aluminium and carbon tubing with titanium. Component mix include SRAM X9 and carbon chainset, handlebar and seatpost, and Hayes disk brakes.

The ‘Juice’: Using disk brakes and a remote lockout on fork, this is an all-round bike. The ‘Optium’: Aan easy to ride bike at a lower price point, suitable for beginners. The ‘Vega’: Top of the range commuter bike, with a Vitus Ultralight aluminium frame with carbon fork. Come with 700x25c wheels, and straight bars.

The ‘Ultracore’, top of the road range frame, uses 7-piece VEC carbon tubing (VEC=Vitus Engineering Composite) using aluminium lugs. Also it comes with full carbon fork and integral headset (1 1/8")
