BikeFinder unveils an app relaunch, something they say delivers an improved user experience, enhanced functionalities and a sleek new design.

Our digital product team has worked intensively on this relaunch, with great commitment and attention to detail. By incorporating valuable customer feedback and conducting extensive testing, we’ve optimised key areas of the app to make it more intuitive, transparent and user-friendly than ever before – BikeFinder

Founded in 2015, the brand was founded following an all too familiar story, the founders had their bike stolen, fuelling their desire to help others who found themselves in the same situation. The app, now used in over 45 countries worldwide, allows users to pair a tracker with the app to help protect the user’s bike.

The tracker costs £175 and allows users to select a monthly, annual or two-year subscription period, which comes at an additional monthly cost. In the UK, there’s also an option to pair the subscription with discounted insurance from Cycler:

Most bikes with a BikeFinder installed are retrieved. We can therefore offer industry leading bike insurance from Cycler at an incredible value – BikeFinder

The tracker sits within the handlebar and offers up to 8 weeks battery life. With the app, users can track their bike’s location and will get a push notification if the bike is moved.
