Moore Large announce two new team signings

Barracuda and Haro hook top riders

Ex Spooky dual/jump king, Chico Hook, has signed a deal to ride for the

new British-based brand Barracuda team. According to a press release from Moore Large, Hook will be riding a hectic schedule of DH, Dual and BMX for 2000. Hook’s bikes will include the new Barracuda Subway for dual and a "custom" Barracuda downhill bike.

"Watch out for Chico at most British and European events," says Luke Sherwin, Moore Large’s new marketing bod who also had news of a top signing for the Haro UK BMX team.

The BCF BMX rider of the year, Kelvin Batey, joined the Haro team last week. Batey will feature in Elite Men’s races both at national and European level. His mounts will include the Haro SR.30 and Monocoque BMX’s for the 2000 season.
