AiRO, the AI-powered aero fit platform developed by aerodynamics expert Ingmar Jungnickel, has announced a major growth milestone. The brand has expanded its global network to 50 elite performance fitters worldwide, growing from zero to 50 partners in just five months.

According to the brand, this rapid adoption underscores the growing demand for AiRO’s wind-tunnel-reliable CFD technology, which delivers precise aerodynamic insights directly inside fitting studios without the logistical barriers of traditional wind-tunnel testing.

AiRO’s fitter network now includes 50 top-tier performance fitters across North America, Europe, South America, and Oceania, serving riders from dedicated enthusiasts to elite and professional athletes. Recent growth includes new partner fitters in Germany, Switzerland, Colombia, and 13 US states, including new fitters in Texas, further strengthening and expanding AiRO’s global footprint.

“We’re excited to see how quickly this technology is being adopted to help improve rider fits and rider speed,” said Jungnickel. “By giving fitters access to reliable aerodynamic data inside their studios, AiRO is changing how performance decisions are made and validated.”

Proven at the Highest Levels of Sport

AiRO’s rapid growth builds on the deployments across elite sport, including ongoing work with U.S. Speedskating and USA Cycling. AiRO’s technology is currently being used at the Winter Olympic Games by U.S. Speedskating, where the men’s team pursuit team enters competition as one of the favorites.

AiRO’s ability to generate fast, reliable aerodynamic data on-site has proven especially valuable in elite environments where gains are measured in fractions of a second and can determine podium outcomes.

Interest in AiRO continues to expand, with additional national teams and Tour de France teams currently in discussion, reflecting growing confidence in the platform’s accuracy, accessibility, and real-world performance impact.

“Our mission has always been to make elite aerodynamic insight accessible,” added Jungnickel. “Reaching 50 performance fitters in just five months is a meaningful milestone, but it’s only the beginning.”
