Adaptive DCS have appointed Gary Mather in a role which sees him focused on developing client relationships across the Midlands and North of the UK.

Mather will work to grow Adaptive DCS’s IBD portfolio of leading cycling brands, which includes the recent addition of Italian shoe brand, UDOG.

Mather takes with him 35 years’ experience in the cycling and outdoors market. He has a high-level expertise in sales, marketing, business development, and operations, which will benefit the Adaptive DCS team and its clients.

Following the announcement, Mather said: “With my experience, adding value and helping to grow a business particularly within its formative years remains an interest and motivation for me. Working with two guys who I like, and respect really is the icing on the cake.”

Adaptive DCS on the move

Tern Bicycles are also working with Adaptive DCS Ltd, as a new warehouse partner, supporting the UK and Ireland operations of Tern distributor, One Generation Ahead.

In November 2023, the business also announced that it had become the UK sales enablement partner of innovative Italian bike brand, 3T bike.
