Action Bikes pumps up its group advertising spend

Actions Bikes, once just a retail power in the South East, now has stores nationwide, from Exeter to Edinburgh.

HPS Advertising has been appointed to oversee the Action Bikes brand identity in the specialist press and mainstream media. A mainstream press campaign is planned for a Spring launch.

HPS current clients include Mazda, Porsche, Saab and the MicroWarehouse chain was chosen following a three-way agency pitch.

As well as press advertising HPS will produce in-store posters, price tickets and customer newsletters for all Action Bikes stores. Work for individual stores will include mailing out birthday cards to customers on the anniversaries of their bike purchases.
