There’s been a workshop here around for over 100 years, We’re building on the legacy of Elswood Cycleworks and WF Holdsworth. We’re known for our exceptional work and commitment to excellence.
About the Job:
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be serving our clients and servicing their bikes. We’ll be working together to gradually transform the business, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. On-the-job training and external training will be provided to help you develop your skills and achieve your goals.
About You:
You’ll have worked on premium brands and demonstrated a knack for innovation, adaptability, precision, and an unwavering attitude of “can-do.” You’ll have at least 2 years of experience as an expert mechanic and a deep understanding of hybrid, road, and TT bikes. You’ll be a true professional that our clients can trust.

The Compensation Package:
We’ll offer an initial highly competitive salary of up to £31,000, plus overtime opportunities, a bonus scheme, professional management training, and as the business grows, health insurance.
