About Sigma Sports:

Sigma Sports began with a simple idea: create a place for people who love cycling to get the very best kit, advice and service. Over time, that passion has grown into a leading premium retailer for cycling and triathlon, supporting athletes at every level.

Today, Sigma Sports is a business driven by performance, quality and trust – with a team who are proud of what we do and how we do it. We care about our customers, we care about our craft, and we care about each other. It’s a place for people who want to be part of something growing, where ideas are welcomed and effort is noticed.

We’re looking for a Partnerships & Ambassador Manager to take ownership of our ambassador programme and grow meaningful partnerships across cycling and triathlon. Also responsible for coordinating marketing communications between the four Sigma Sports stores and the central marketing team, ensuring alignment and effective rollout of key campaigns and activations. This is a role for someone who loves working with people, spotting potential, and turning great relationships into campaigns, content and community activity that feels authentic, and delivers commercially too.

What you’ll be responsible for:

You’ll sit at the heart of how Sigma shows up in the endurance world. That means:

  • Building and evolving our ambassador programme across cycling and triathlon – from recruiting the right people to supporting them to do their best work
  • Developing strong partnerships with athletes, creators, events partners and premium brands that align with Sigma’s values and positioning
  • Planning and delivering ambassador and partnership activity across the marketing calendar – content, events, activations and campaigns
  • Managing budgets, gifting and seeding activity, and making sure investment translates into measurable impact
  • Tracking performance and ROI, using insight to continually improve what we do

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need to come from cycling specifically (although it helps), but you’ll likely have experience in partnerships, influencer or brand roles and:

  • Be confident building relationships and representing a premium brand
  • Be organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • Have a commercial mindset and care about impact, not just activity
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally with content, marketing, retail and e-commerce teams
  • Bring energy, ideas and a solutions-focused attitude to how things get done

Skills & experience required:

  • 3–4 years of experience in the workplace
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proven experience managing ambassadors, influencers, athletes, or partnerships
  • Excellent organisational and project-management capabilities with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with experience leading meetings and presentations.
  • Ability to analyse performance metrics and determine actionable insights
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience in budget tracking and financial reporting

Why Sigma Sports?

You’ll be joining a brand with real credibility in cycling and triathlon, and a team that cares deeply about quality, performance and community. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how our ambassador and partnership programmes evolve, with genuine ownership and the space to make your mark.

If you’re excited by endurance sport, premium brands and building authentic connections, we’d love to hear from you.

Alongside that, you’ll benefit from:

  • Play a key role in shaping how Sigma Sports shows up in the market and in the community
  • Generous 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays
  • Work with premium brands, athletes and partners in the cycling and performance space
  • Excellent staff facilities, including showers and secure bike storage
  • Generous staff discounts on a wide range of premium cycling products
  • Access to a dynamic work environment with state-of-the-art workshops
  • Company pension scheme
  • In-house Cycle to Work scheme
