Zelo is one of the UKs leading support company for ebikes, family cargo bikes and business cargo bikes.  We work with the leading vendors that includes: VOK, EAV, Fernhay, CityQ, Urban Arrow and others.

At Zelo (zelobike.co.uk) we are looking for a full-time or part-time Operations Manager / Service Manager.  Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up managing internal IT systems e.g. Papaya, Bike Book
• Working with major vendors and customers to understand their needs
• Managing mechanics schedule and training needs
• Helping on-site, when required
• Quality control of work completed for customers
• Documenting processes 
• Helping recruit and manage regional mobile mechanics

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly-skilled candidate who can demonstrate the following:

• Experience of creating and documenting processes in an engineering environment.
• Knowledge of cargo bikes is not required but the ability to learn the technical side
• Recruiting and managing mechanics
• Hands-on experience of repairing, either ebikes, cargo bikes, motorbikes, cars
