7mesh expands European network with new German distribution and UK agencies

7mesh Apparel has announced a further expansion of its European distribution network, thanks to a new partnership with Arnold Sports in Germany and Austria and new agencies in the United Kingdom.

Arnold Sports has experience as a distributor for the ski, run, bike, and swim markets, representing brands including Hydrapak, Dolfin, Phenix, and Skins. It operates as a ‘super agency’ with a team of travelling sales reps who cover Germany and Austria as well as a showroom in MOC Munich.

This partnership will give 7mesh an increased profile with retailers and consumers throughout Germany and Austria.

“For us at Arnold Sports the Bike Business Unit has one of the highest priorities. With this young brand together with its highly experienced team we are able to offer high-end biking apparel with maximum growth potential. Therefore, 7mesh is the perfect fit to become a strong player in the bike industry,” said Andreas Nägele, CEO at Arnold Sports GmbH.

In the United Kingdom, 7mesh will be represented by Kevin Burton of Burton Agencies in the South and Andy Clough of Snowpeak Agencies in the North. Both agents have industry experience and will be working to increase 7mesh’s success and visibility in the UK.

Burton said: “I’m really happy to be working with 7mesh. I’ve seen the brand evolve in such a short time from its birth back in 2015 in Canada. They have really top-notch products and I’m looking forward to working with the team on sales development and brand awareness in the UK.”

Clough added: “I have long been an admirer of 7mesh as a market leader in cycling apparel. 7mesh has a lot to offer the end user – especially here in the North of the UK with its unique design and cutting edge performance.”

7mesh general manager EMEA John Zopfi said: “We’re very pleased to announce this new representation so that even more European cyclists will be able to learn about 7mesh apparel and why it should be at the top of their wish lists, whether their rides are on skinny tires or fat ones, in winter weather or summer heat.”
