3T Cycling of Italy has bought THM of Germany. THM Carbones GmbH, founded by Thomas Mertin, makescranks, forks and brakes.
3T has purchased all of THM’s shares. After the deal is completed in August THM will remain in Germany.
A statement from THH said the purchase would "strengthen 3T’s technical capability and provide THM with global distribution."
