Zyro’s Open House show at Rudding Park gave away in excess of £3,000 to good causes this year.
The Alzheimers’s Society, NSPCC, Cancer Research UK, Blue Cross, The Royal British Legion and British Heart Foundation all benefited from the cash.
After the show days, retailers headed to the roulette and blackjack tables to gamble with the chips provided. The person who accumulated the most ‘money’ at the end of each evening was then able to choose which of the aforementioned charities he or she’d like to donate their winnings to.
