View the exclusive Brompton x Barbour collaboration now!

The two quintessentially British brands, Barbour and Brompton, have teamed up to launch an extremely exclusive line of products, including a limited edition Brompton Bike.

The Barbour x Brompton bike comes with a Tarras bag and is available as an M6L model, with a brown Brooks B17 saddle with the main frame and extremities finished in Gloss Barbour Green. The Special Edition bike, including Barbour Tarras Bag, will retail at £1350.

The unique Barbour x Brompton collection for men and women focuses on optimal outwear for urban cycling. In dry wax with reflector strips, the jackets have articulated sleeves for freedom of movement on the bike, mesh tartan linings to remove excess heat, two-way zips and storage pockets.

The waxed cotton and waterproof breathable jackets for men and women come in a choice of colours; the men’s Merton jacket in navy and sage and the women’s Bromley jacket take Barbour’s new Dry Wax, a hard wearing waxed cotton in a pure hydrocarbon which feels crunchy to the touch and is extremely water repellent. The waterproof but breathable men’s Newham jacket and women’s Brent jacket are designed to wear on warmer days or to add over layers.

Each jacket can be folded into a Barbour x Brompton bag in navy or sage which can be worn over the shoulder. For those requiring extra storage for the commute, the Tarras bag fits neatly onto the bike and offers space for files, lunch, water and other essentials.

The entire range can be viewed on the Veloruiton website here.
