Customer experience expert – Bolt Bikes

The Customer experience expert role has a direct impact on the success of Bolt Bikes where success is measured by a number of metrics relating to customer conversion and overall customer experience. This role requires you to be passionate about our product, our customers and our purpose. You will need excellent customer service, strong face-to-face execution and the interpersonal ability to improve the experience of our individual customers who come from all around the world. Bolt Bikes is a new business and we are looking for a highly adaptable candidate who is able to switch between being on the frontline dealing with customers to all of the support tasks required to ensure our customers have the best possible service (including outbound calls). The problems you solve and the impact you have will shape how Bolt Bikes operates in the future and how it is perceived in the public eye.

Area sales manager – Solent (UK) Ltd t/a Windwave

The role:
– Living within the territory the successful applicant will make regular calls to existing accounts
– Seek new accounts and business
– Support dealers with merchandising and training
– Helping at trade shows and demo days which will be over weekends from time to time
– Reporting on sales calls, market conditions and competitor activity

Workshop manager – Decathlon Surrey Quays

Position:
– Responsible for setting and delivering customer satisfaction targets
– Recruit and lead a large team of technicians
– Clear development and training plan for you and your team
– Participate in the day to day running of the store alongside your fellow managers
– Developing links with the local cycling community
– You will work closely with head office buying team
– Proposing and testing new national strategies

Manager – full-time – Stif Mountain Bikes

Stif Mountain Bikes is looking for a manager to run our brand new store in Bristol. Stif is one of the UK’s leading mountain bike stores and you would be managing a busy team of passionate staff. You will need sales and ideally managerial experience of working within the cycling industry. An excellent technical knowledge of high-end mountain bikes and componentry is essential.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
– Serving customers both in-store, over the phone and via email
– You will need to be competent at specifying and correctly advising our knowledgeable customers on their custom bike builds
– Setting up Demo bikes for customer’s needs, with thorough attention to detail
– Advising customers on technical product purchases such as componentry, technical clothing, helmets, protection etc
– Organising the Merchandising and replenishment of the shop floor displays
– Keeping the shop clean, tidy and presentable, maintaining very high standards in this respect
– Driving and motivating the sales team and mechanics to hit our targets

Sales – full-time – Stif Mountain Bikes

Stif Mountain Bikes is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic sales assistant to join us at our brand new Bristol store. Stif is one of the UK’s leading mountain bike stores and you would be joining a busy team of passionate staff. You will need experience of working within the cycling industry and excellent knowledge of high-end mountain bikes and componentry.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
– Serving customers both in store, over the phone and via email.
– You will need to be competent at specifying and correctly advising our knowledgeable customers on their custom bike builds.
– Setting up Demo bikes for customer’s needs, with thorough attention to detail.
