Tannus starts the hunt for new brand ambassadors

Airless tyre manufacturer Tannus is looking for riders to join its new team of ambassadors to represent the brand at a number of sportives.

The team is being brought together to ride the TP ICAP L’Etape London by Le Tour de France, but will also ride other Human Race sportives throughout the year to promote Tannus’ products to a wider audience. In exchange for the riders’ time and effort, the company will present each ambassador with a pair of its puncture-free tyres and a team kit of bib-shorts and jersey.

Tannus European director Jazz Walia commented on the move: “You don’t need to be a pro-cyclist or even a regular sportive rider to sign up for this new venture. At Tannus, we just want enthusiasts who would like to try our tyres, talk about them at events with other riders and give a bit of feedback on their experience. L’Etape London is a great place to start on Tannus, so please get in touch with us if interested.”

The brand announced recently that it is about to release its most technically advanced tyre, which will be pitched at sportive riders. The 700x25c has been in development for over two years and reportedly offers increased comfort with a low level of rolling resistance.
