Sven Cycles created airline-friendly folding bike

Dorset-based bicycle brand Sven Cycles has released its new travel-friendly folding bike.

The unit itself differs from many folding bikes by featuring a full size bike, complete with drop bars and disc breaks, which can be dismantled and stored in a metal-clasp hardcase or backpack.

“Sven allows any discerning cyclist the option to travel around the globe with their Sven custom range in an easy fuss free way. The perfect way to take your bicycle with you on your travels. Sven allows customers to modify any bike from the collection of beautifully handmade Sven bikes in order to dissemble and assemble easily using a small tool – so easy it can be done anywhere.”

The bike comes in two options; a hard case or a backpack, both of which are within airlines standards, meaning customers do not risk incurring extra baggage charges.

More information on the brand can be found here.
