Steve Carter takes on GM role at Scott Sports

Scott Sports has announced its new general manager as Steve Carter, formerly managing director at fitness company Nautilus.

As a passionate skier, cyclist and competitive surfer, Steve also aims to bring his passion for sport to the role along with his business experience. Steve’s role within Scott will be overseeing operations for the UK branch including running of the sales, marketing and aftersales operations for the Bike, Running and Wintersport divisions.

Steve said about his appointment: "This is a really exciting time for the development of Scott in the UK and a fantastic time to be joining the company. With the strong heritage of the Scott brand, coupled with the innovative ethos of the group, I’m relishing the opportunity to further develop our position in the UK."
