SRAM brake lever wins US design award

The August I.D. magazine – price: $32.00 – carries the winners of the 2001 Design Review.

SRAM’s brake lever won a ‘design distinction’ gong in the consumer products category. It was in good company: other distinctions went to Nike’s Swift Suit, Ipaq’s Pocket PC and Ford’s Th!nk electric vehicle. The Apple Mac G4 Cube won the main award.

News of SRAM’s award appeared first on http://www.bicycleretailer.com and has yet to be carried on IDonline, the website of I.D. Magazine, although a run-down is promised soon, see http://www.idonline.com/adr01/
