Consumer cycling site Road.cc has notched up over one million page views.
The site has reached the milestone after launching less than two years ago.
According to the site’s creator, Farelly Atkinson, the site’s growing traffic is a sign that the road sector is continuing to grow in the UK, from commuters to higher-end product purchasers.
Commercial director Elaine Curtin told BikeBiz: "Road.cc is at the centre of that growth with its unique voice, respected product reviews and news stories. Technical editorial staff headed up by Mat Brett, together with two news editors, steered forward by Tony Farrelly and Dave Atkinson will ensure our growth and help us retain the already established industry respect and support.
"In August and September 2009, we saw an upwards trend, in part due to previewing and announcing products at Eurobike, so we remain optimisitic that we will now build on this success over the coming months."
Google Analytics puts Road.cc’s current monthly unique user figure at 159,267.
