Batavus will represent Redline exclusively in the Benelux countries, while Winora will offer additional distribution in Germany and Austria. Lapierre Bicycles, based in France, will distribute the brand in Spain.
Batavus ,Winora and Lapierre are all Accell Group companies.
All of Redline’s longtime distributors – Sunex of France, Rabbit BMX of Germany, Padded Cell of the UK, ZZK of Latvia, and Bike Depot of Norway – continue as Redline distributors.
”We are very excited about expanding the reach of Redline throughout Europe,” said SBS president Chuck Hooper.
“We’ve always had a presence in the BMX market in key areas, but adding larger, sister-companies Batavus, Winoura and Lapierre will ensure that Redline’s are available to areas who never before had access to [Redline].”
Redline Bicycles will be attending Eurobike this September in Friedrichshafen. The ’07 range will be on the Winora booth. The new distributors come on stream after Eurobike.
