Red Bull Rampage returning this October

BikeRumor reports that the Red Bull Rampage is set to return to Utah again this year, from October 1st to 3rd.

The concept was launched in 2001, though has been held only intermittently since. The last installment was the 2008 Rampage, which featured an insane 60 foot canyon gap, which can be seen in this video.

Riders are given a helicopter ride to the top of the Utah cliffs and are scored on the lines chosen on the way down, along with how clean the run is and what freestyle moves get thrown into the mix.
