QE Cycle Fest dates set for May 18th weekend

The 2013 QE Cycle Festival will take place on the weekend of May 18th at the Queen Elizabeth Country park, organisers have confirmed.

Over the weekend the festival will have the following rides taking place:

18th May – Hargroves Cycles Meon Sportive (100km & 150km route options) £20 to enter

This year there will be a 100KM route and a 150KM route, both starting at Queen Elizabeth Country Park. Using the knowledge gained from last year, organisers have taken in all the best elements of the old 80KM course to offer two new challenging routes.
Registration Opens at 7am and the ride will set off between 8.00am – 9am

18th May – Stevens Trail Enduro – 4 Hour XC endure (Solo & Pairs entry options) £20 to enter

The event starts at 6pm on the Saturday and runs until 10pm with lights being compulsory at dusk.

18th & 19th May – one of the largest MTB demo bike fleets in the UK have been assembled with many leading brands such as Specialized, Scott, Cube, Stevens, Cannondale on offer.
