Outdoor execs to learn whether cycling is sport or transport

The Outdoor Industries Association is to host an event for outdoor company CEOs at the end of November at the Manchester velodrome. The Sports and Outdoor Leaders Forum will hear from Sir Chris Hoy and British Cycling’s director of insight Terry Greenwood.

Formerly British Cycling’s membership manager, Greenwood will deliver a presentation titled "Whither cycling as a sport, pastime and means of transport".

The OIA stages three leaders’ forums each year. CEOs pay £1,000 to attend the three events.

The cycling-themed event will be staged on 28th November.
