Max Bikes PR launches retail-facing consultancy service

Max Bikes PR has launched a retail-facing consultancy service that aims to offer advice on branding, product placement, graphics, website layout and social media.

Keith Jepson of Max Bikes PR said: “We have been visiting IBDs for many years and started to notice an increasing number of requests for advice on how their shops were laid out and presented or how to attract greater footfall or web traffic.

“Sometimes the greatest impact can come from the simplest changes to a store’s presentation and sometimes it is expert branding advice that can make the whole difference.

“No one store is the same and we work with dealers to make sure they make the best changes for them and their customers.

“Often we only need to spend one day at an IBD to come up with achievable solutions that have a huge impact.

“Some stores have asked us to consult with them on a more regular basis – either way, we are happy to discuss bespoke packages depending on what a client requires.”

David Brown of Cycle Addicts in Rochdale has already started putting in place suggestions and advice following a visit from Max Bikes PR.

He said: "Being a relatively new shop and with one person being responsible for everything, from workshop repairs to answering the phone, often branding, marketing and promotions can sometimes take a back seat.

“Keith Jepson from Max Bikes PR came to our shop and within minutes was giving us great ideas on how to turn unused parts of our shop, like the downstairs entrance into a eye catching promotional area.

“Keith also gave us advice on how to get our own brand across more consistently and make the shop look more professional and product branded; with suggestions on how to use our space better and how to make our customers feel more welcome!

“His advice was extremely valuable and so many customers now comment about our wall mural."

Jepson added: "In the current economic climate, retail is tough and it’s never been more important to engage with existing and new customers.

“Whether you offer shop rides, in house coffee or completely bespoke added value experiences for your customers, what you offer and how you communicate it is extremely important.

“Our consultancy is very cost effective, drop us a line to find out more."
