Magalogue to get more bums on seats

The National Cycle Network Magazine, includes a catalogue of more than 150 maps and guides, plus features and information for recreational cyclists.

There are articles on the highlights of travelling the Network, with details of favourite sights, new and old routes, and the grand opening in June this year. Cycle commuters are featured in a Bike to work feature, encouraging new cyclists to pedal to work.

The catalogue section provides an extensive directory of every map and guide available for the Network, as well as Sustrans merchandise.

Lindsey Smith, publications and information manager for Sustrans, said: The National Cycle Network Magazine is much more than a catalogue, it is a comprehensive guide to cycling in the UK for all types of cyclist tourists, commuters, families and beginners.

Copies of the National Cycle Network magazine are available by calling the Sustrans Public Information Line on Tel: 0117 929 0888 or, ask for shop bulk copies, by sending an e-mail to info@sustrans.org.uk.
