Felt UK hires UK and Ireland specific customer service and marketing manager

Felt Bicycles UK has announced the addition of a UK and Ireland specific customer service and marketing manager.

With over 14 years in the industry, Angus Staines has joined the team to increase support for the UK and Ireland Felt retailers.

He has come from an IBD background and has worked for many brands including Marin Mountain Bikes, Saris Group and FFWD Wheels.

He said: “After looking at the new range of bikes for 2019 and meeting the Felt team this was a chance that could not be missed.

“This is a really exciting time for the Felt brand and I am glad to be a part of the Felt family.”

The team are based in Bristol and will be looking after all aspects of the business to ensure that customer service is top of the list.

Felt country manager Tony Rose said: “With the Felt brand growing in the UK and Ireland we wanted to ensure that our retailers had the support they needed and to also create more awareness about the brand with a UK and Ireland specific marketing manager.”
