The meeting will be held in the Berlin meeting room, Foyer East, 1st floor, starting at 9am. Hosted by Erik Oddershede, president of ETRA, there will also be moderation from e-bike expert Ed Benjamin, chairman of the Light Electric Vehicle Association.
ETRA associated members get in free as do bike shops and members of the media. LEVA members pay €100, all others pay €150.
The start of the meeting will be led by Thomas Weigand of TV Rheinland who will discuss how e-bike companies will comply with the technical requirements of the Machinery Directive.
ETRA’s secretary general Annick Roetynck will lead a review of the Type Approval.
