Enigma launches 73 Degrees framebuilder’s book

Yesterday marked the launch of the 73 Degrees book, which details the lives of some of the world’s finest framebuilders.

Available now via Enigma Titanium in the UK, the £30 hardback features the likes of Pegoretti, Independent Fabrications, Firefly, Tommasini, Mercian, Enigma, Crisp, Seven, Richard Sachs and Columbus.

Each workshop or individual craftsman shares their stories and some trade secrets in a series of interviews and through stunning photography.

Jim Walker, the MD of Enigma said of the title: "This beautiful book goes behind the scenes, into the workshops and the minds of these iconic builders giving the reader a rare insight into the world of the master builders. The book also features a technical section to explain some of the materials and processes involved in handcrafting the classical bicycle frame. A must for all those interested in the frame builders art."
