Folding bike manufacturer Dahon has announced a new partnership with German P&A manufacturer SKS in China.
Dahon will be acting as an official SKS aftermarket distributor in Dahon’s extended Chinese market network, supplying SKS’ pumps and mudguards to a range of outlets. Those outlets will include over a thousand dedicated Dahon brand shops across 400 cities on the Chinese mainland alone.
Dahon offers a selection of market-specific aftermarket items through its domestic franchisee and IBD networks, where it will ‘enhance its product lines with SKS products wherever called for’.
“We are delighted to partner a strong company whose reputation is as solid as SKS,” said Dahon chief executive officer Dr. David Hon. “Their commitment to a strong product range is very like Dahon’s own, and we see this as the perfect opportunity for growth and healthy expansion for both our companies.”
