Cycling minister warns of “obesity time-bomb”

Alun Pugh, the Welsh Sports Minister, is pictured by his bike on a story on BBC.co.uk.

He said that Wales is one of the least active countries in Europe and that fatties could swamp the Welsh NHS.

The lack of exercise taken by up to 70 percent of the Welsh population is a "potential timebomb" underneath the NHS, said the chubby-cheeked minister.
