Backer of Mark Beaumont’s 80-day globe cycle seeks to sell ZyroFisher

LDC is seeking to sell off the ZyroFisher business. In 2016, the MBO that led to the merger of Zyro and Fisher was "deal of the year" at the Midlands Dealmaker Awards.

LDC is part of the Lloyds Group – it is led by cycle-friendly executives, including two keen roadies who joined globetrotter Mark Beaumont for a small part of his recent round-the-world-in-less-than-80 days cycle ride.

Private Equity News reports that LDC has appointed KPMG to advise on the sale.
