30th anniversary Stumpjumper is 60th in GQ’s ‘100 Best Things in the World’

And in the December edition of the US Popular Science magazine, Specialized’s Epic (the brain bike) is listed as one of the 12 "Top Tech Innovations of 2003."

The 16th annual Best of What’s New features 100 products in the categories of Automotive Tech, Space & Aviation, Cars, Computing, Gadgets, Home Entertainment, Home Tech, Personal Health, Photography, Recreation, Engineering and General Innovation. One winner in each category is given a Grand Award. The Epic got the Grand Award in Recreation. Other Grand Award winners included a civilian space craft; Toyota’s hybrid Prius car; and a levitating train.
